Processing Time

Processing times are based on the requested due date.

• Orders should be placed at least 7 days in advance whenever possible.

• Same-week or rush orders are accepted only with prior approval and may be subject to a rush fee.

• Processing time begins once:

  • Payment has been received.

  • The design has been approved.

  • All required order information has been provided.

Shipping

FedEx 2-Day Shipping is our preferred shipping method unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping costs are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Delays

Once your package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided:

• Zutastic Creationz and Designz, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, weather delays, or delivery issues caused by FedEx.

• Customers must contact FedEx directly regarding delivery concerns.
