Thank you for choosing Zutastic Creationz and Designz, LLC for your custom apparel and personalized product needs. We appreciate your business and are committed to providing high-quality, custom-made products.
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, submitting payment, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Custom Designs
Every item created by Zutastic Creationz and Designz, LLC is uniquely designed and handcrafted.

Design placement, size, and colors may vary slightly from product photos.

If your design includes skin tones or custom colors, please specify your preferred colors and shade(s) of brown when placing your order.

If color preferences are not provided, colors will be selected at the designer's discretion.

Due to the custom nature of our products, slight variations are normal and should be expected.
Products
All products are made to order.
Unless otherwise requested, we use:

Gildan® Unisex T-Shirts
-
Gildan® Sweatshirts
-
Gildan® Hoodies
Please note that shirt colors may vary slightly due to manufacturer dye lots and monitor/screen settings.
Design Revisions
To ensure projects remain on schedule:

Every custom order includes up to three (3) design revisions at no additional charge.

A revision includes changes such as:
-
Changing design elements
-
Adding or removing graphics
-
Changing wording
-
Changing colors
-
Changing fonts
-
Changing layout
-
Once the three complimentary revisions have been used, any additional revisions may be subject to an additional design fee.
Order Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing all design proofs before approving production.
Once final approval has been given:

No additional changes can be made.

Zutastic Creationz and Designz, LLC is not responsible for spelling errors, grammar mistakes, incorrect dates, names, or information that was approved by the customer.
Order Cancellations
Because every order is custom-made:

Orders are considered final once payment has been submitted.

No cancellations or modifications are permitted after checkout unless approved by Zutastic Creationz and Designz, LLC.
Refunds & Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the personalized nature of our products:

No refunds
-
No exchanges
-
No returns
Exceptions will only be made if an error was made by Zutastic Creationz and Designz, LLC.
If an issue occurs, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their order and provide photos of the product.
Processing Time
Processing times are based on the requested due date.

Orders should be placed at least 7 days in advance whenever possible.

Same-week or rush orders are accepted only with prior approval and may be subject to a rush fee.

Processing time begins once:

Payment has been received.

The design has been approved.
-
All required order information has been provided.

Shipping
FedEx 2-Day Shipping is our preferred shipping method unless otherwise arranged.
Shipping costs are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Delays
Once your package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided:

Zutastic Creationz and Designz, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, weather delays, or delivery issues caused by FedEx.

Customers must contact FedEx directly regarding delivery concerns.
Intellectual Property
All custom artwork, designs, mockups, and creative concepts created by Zutastic Creationz and Designz, LLC remain the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Designs may not be copied, recreated, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
Photo Release
Unless otherwise requested by the customer, Zutastic Creationz and Designz, LLC reserves the right to photograph completed products for promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media platforms.

Agreement
